Apprenticeship Positions

 
 
 

Food engineers internalize all the necessary processes for manufacturing our fresh doughs, ensuring smooth production workflows. During your training, you will be given an overall view of the production of our fresh doughs. You will be involved in all the processes relating to production, from the delivery of raw materials to the finished fresh dough. You will learn to set up, monitor and operate our computer-controlled production and packaging equipment. You will check the quality of our raw materials and finished fresh doughs and will play an important part in ensuring compliance with our high quality standards.

Following your training, you will work as a Dough Mixer, Machine Operator or Production line Manager, becoming a competent specialist for the production of our fresh doughs.

 
 
 

Industrial electricians are responsible for maintaining the electrical equipment throughout the entire factory. You will complete basic training in the fields of plant technology, drive technology and electrical installations, as well as the principles of our quality management system for undertaking repairs and completing maintenance tasks at a food-producing factory. Essential focal points of the training include recognizing and eliminating faults and defects, ongoing optimization and renewal of production facilities, as well as the laying of cables based on drafts and plans.

Once you have completed your training, you will work in a team of industrial electricians and ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our fresh dough production facilities.

 
 
 

Mechanical engineers are responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the production and packaging machines throughout the entire factory. You will acquire specialist expertise in the fields of metalworking and mechanical engineering, and will learn the principles of our quality management system for undertaking repairs and completing maintenance tasks at a food-producing factory. Key focal points of the training include recognizing and eliminating faults in the production and packaging machines, correct handling of tools, as well as ways to process various materials using drawings and plans.

Once you are fully trained, you can put your skills as a Maintenance Fitter to the test in our Engineering Team and assist our colleagues in maintaining the pool of machinery.

 
 
 

Mechatronics engineers are responsible for maintaining automated systems throughout the entire factory. You will learn basic expertise in the fields of plant engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics and control engineering. You will acquire skills for recognizing and eliminating faults in the production and packaging machines. Important course content includes the principles of our quality management system for undertaking repairs and completing maintenance tasks at a food-producing factory, as well as the proper setting up, configuration and commissioning of mechatronic machinery and devices.

Following your apprenticeship, you will work as an interdisciplinary electrical engineer and will ensure the smooth operation of our fresh product equipment.

 
 
 

Office clerks are responsible for administrative tasks at our company, and are experts in the field of financial accounting, payroll accounting or book-keeping. During your training, you will get to know the procedures of our administrative operations in various areas, such as the Human Resources Department, Order Entry, Customer Reception, Purchasing, and Sales. You will inform and support our retail customers and distributors and will process orders, as well as learning everything about internal and external communication. You will make inquiries by telephone or email, and will help to manage the mail and receive guests.

Following your training, you will work in the administrative team and will be deployed in one of the areas of work that you have learned, based on your strengths and your interests.
